LeGer Sommerkleid »Vianne, LeGer by Lena Gercke«

I received my parcel containing the dress I had ordered for my birthday celebration. As soon as I opened the delivery bag, I noticed that the inner packaging of the dress itself was already torn and damaged. Right where the packaging was ripped, the dress itself is damaged as well! There is a hole in it, which looks like it was caused by an iron or something hot. I did not unwrap the dress any further, as it is obviously damaged and cannot be worn. At first, I was delighted that the delivery arrived so quickly, but now I am completely upset and disappointed that the dress is ruined. I am printing out the return label and sending it back to you in the exact same condition it arrived—without fully unwrapping it, just as I opened the package. I have attached photos as proof, showing that I received the parcel half an hour ago. I look forward to your reply and comments on this matter. If you can provide a replacement and send me another dress, I would accept that. However, I kindly ask you to check with your supplier to ensure I am sent a brand-new dress with no damage to either the item or its packaging. Otherwise, please issue a full refund
